• Personalized or custom-made products

3. Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at returns@eliteavenuestore.com. We will provide you with instructions on how to send your item(s) back to us.

4. Refunds: Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

5. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
